Lens Studio crashes on opening any project?

Hi! I have downloaded the latest version of Lens Studio and on opening any project it shows that it is downloading the project and then a white window shows up in Lens Studio. The process of Lens Studio is running but on opening the window, everything is white. Can someone please help me out with this?
