why others can't see the lens that i created the snap with?
when i send a snap to a friend with my lens, they can neither see the lens name nor the description after the snap is finished. i have created several lenses and this is the first time i face this issue. please help.

If others can't see your Snapchat lens, check that it's published and compatible with a variety of devices. Restart the app or contact support if needed.
