I'm a developer with Rooit Inc., the creators of a popular friend-making app that boasts over a million downloads.     @stevenxu thanks for the response. I've submitted a ticket following your link but still haven't received a response from your team. My case number is Case #240536841. I submitted it on 13th Jun.
