Co-creator

It would be interesting to be able to give the attribution of "co-creator" when publishing a new lens.

This would allow the co-creator to have his lens also published on his profile and to have access to the statistics

After that maybe we could add options like just having access to the stats and not having the lens published on your profile or vice versa
