2 IMPORTANT questions for me

1st. Tell me why the link in the bio profile is not available, I was actively making spotlight videos, had over 5k subscribers.

Through the site https://forbusiness.snapchat.com/ by clicking on "Public Profile" after clicking on "Edit Profile" you can insert the link, but in fact it is nowhere to be seen.

2nd. Why does https://publish.snapchat.com/ not work and gives an error when authorizing : Unknown error occurred.
