Why lenses stuck in "processing" status in my lenses directory

I've published a lens to my lenses directory, but it's stuck in processing status for about 8 hours, how can I figure out?

Sometimes it just takes longer than usual but most of the time goes pretty quickly. I had one take a longer than usual amount of time last night but eventually went through just fine
