Facing issue with platform product bundle id

Hi I am facing an issue where the share to snapchat button in my app (using CreativeKit) suddenly stopped working. I suspect this is due to the fact that while I have the right bundle ID set its only set for staging and not production. However, I am unable to add the bundle ID for production. I am facing the exact issue in this thread https://community.snap.com/snapar/discussion/2038/how-to-add-a-platform-at-platform-identifiers-section-for-an-approved-application

Can someone please assist in manually adding the bundle ID for production cc @stevenxu
