This tutorial may be the closest to what we have at this moment
-
Virtual try-on restrictions per our policy here still stands at the time of this post.
-
Your image is being demo'd on Snapchat app which is optimized and also for our mobile sdk
-
@Joysticklab Ah okay I think you'll run into some limitations due to world ar tracking (rear camera) not the most optimal yet on web. I'll still check with the team though!
-
@Joysticklab Hmm let me ask our lens studio team. But also want to check are you trying to use this via our Camera Kit Mobile or Web SDK?
-
Thanks @Joysticklab for posting on the forum. Fantastic question! * Yes you are so long as this and all camera kit projects adheres to our terms, policies, and guidelines. These can be found in our documentation. A few examples like making sure there's snap attribution, getting approval from our app submission process, use…
-
@aestarita yay! Thanks for closing the loop. Glad you were able figure it out!
-
@aestarita Nice!! No problem. Happy to help. Looking forward to seeing your submission / work!
-
Could you reshare? Seeing a 404

@aestarita Thanks for posting on the forum (and closing / updating #1). * You gotta wait for it to be approved. It won't work without the approval. * Not sure I fully understand this question. Try this doc * No need to create a new version. You can use the version that got approved to move forward with production! * Yes…
-
@aestarita happy to help! Ohh I don't think there is something you could pull directly for Web from our existing examples... Are you mixing "Supported by" with "Powered by" Line? If not, could you clarify / specify more what this supported by is? Here are two examples that are using Camera Kit Web you can check out: *…

Ah my mistake, it seems we only have it for recording video, though capturing photo is very much feasible. I just don't have that sample code ready for ya. The recording video if you are curious is here. Thank you!
-
@"WENBANG LEI" Thanks for your question and patience! App review should generally be up to a week, however, that can change depending on a few variables of the submission. Our team is aware of your review via our support ticket. We'll communicate next steps there.
-
@perku This seems to be within Lens Studio. I would highly recommend asking in our Discord channel as there are a ton of community experts there that can help. Here's the channel to join!
-
@Rollie We have a strong active community in Discord to answer Lens Studio specific questions. Highly recommend going there to ask this question for a solution! Click here to join our Discord

@"Reid Martin" @SeyXR @"Ragul Puhazhendi" @TheSpectacle Thanks to all those that submitted their questions and attended office hours! Just added the answers in your post below your question. Have a great day and see you at the next office hour!

Assets could be found here in the components section of the UI kit: https://www.figma.com/file/OVtYrAfBRIJcZnKgfIPhQg/Camera-Kit-UI-Kit?type=design&node-id=4-1745&mode=design
-
No other elements in the CameraKit UI Kit are mandatory. Just that Snap Attribution! Waiting to hear back from the team on your first question. Hang tight
-
@"kota nakamura" I don't think you need to add the list then in your case. @"Michael Mase" to keep me honest though :open_mouth:
-
@vince Yay glad it works! Did you do something different to fix it?
-
@Refract_Studio Thanks for testing..Hmm.. yeah it's likely your set up it feels... I'll open up a DM for you to send me the project file and then I'll attach it to our eng ticket to investigate if they have the time. Steven
-
@vince thanks for posting on the forum. Could you confirm if you have access to Camera Kit? Did you get an onboarding email? Are you building for Web or Mobile sdk? Steven
-
@aestarita thanks for posting on the forum! Let me check on your first question with the team. Hang tight. Some are still out due to holidays so appreciate your patience. For your second question, we say generally within one week (5 business days). If everything is great then it could be as fast as under 24 hours. BUT…
-
There is no expedited list. It will go through the review process we apply for every submission. Thank you for your patience.
-
Yeah, the review team will get back to you soon. They may have already. Thanks for following up!
-
@Refract_Studio I was able to preview rain and smoke particles via our web sample page. This at least confirms our websdk supports particles.
-
@Refract_Studio Did you check if maybe cause the truck is electric? lol Just kidding. Let me ask the team... Could you also see if you can test this lens on our sample page via your mobile phone browser: https://camera-kit.snapchat.com/websdk/sample/push2web
-
@Shahnanigans Thanks for posting on the forum ;) * No at the time of this writing. * Yes! We do have #1 logged as a feat request for our roadmap. Thank you so much. Steven

Hi @Aakash - Generally it takes up to one week for our app review process. It may take longer based on the complexity of the use case to ensure if it is compliant with our policies. I can try to look it up to see the status. Opening up a DM with you to share. Thanks
